Summary: A former Playmate is suing Trump in order to break her NDA.

Earlier this year, it was revealed that Donald Trump’s camp paid porn star Stormy Daniels $130,000 in 2016, allegedly to silence her from talking about their affair. The adult actress is now suing for the right to talk about their alleged sexual relationship in 2006.

Now another sexy woman from Trump’s past is also suing to talk about her alleged affair with the presidential billionaire. This week, Playboy Playmate Karen McDougal sued American Media Incorporated, the owner of tabloid National Enquirer, for the right to talk about Trump.

According to TMZ, McDougal sold her affair story to the National Enquirer for $100,000, and she said that she thought she would receive publicity from the story’s release. However, the National Enquirer allegedly buried her Trump tale, and she is now suing for the right to share it with the world.

What’s notable about this is that the head of American Media is David Pecker, a long-time ally of Trump who also helped him win the election.

McDougal was a playmate in 1998, and she said that she made the deal with American Media in 2016, the same year Daniels did.

After the Wall Street Journal revealed that someone in Trump’s team had given Daniels money in 2016, Trump’s personal attorney Michael Cohen came forward to say that it was he and he alone who had issued the money. In McDougal’s lawsuit, she said that Cohen was also involved in shutting her up with the National Enquirer deal.

McDougal said that she is not allowed to talk about her alleged affair with Trump, and she said that she is being threatened with legal action and monetary damages. Similarly, Daniels is being sued for $20 million for allegedly breaking her 2016 contract.

Before Daniels made the 2016 deal, she had given interviews in 2011 to InTouch and the National Enquirer. This year, InTouch finally released the interview, and in it, Daniels stated she had met Trump at a golf tournament in 2006 and they had an affair for approximately one year.

Daniels said that she spanked Trump with a copy of Forbes magazine and that they had watched Shark Week together.

AMI has responded to McDougal’s lawsuit. They stated that they have a valid legal agreement with the model and that the agreement will continue to be honored.

“AMI has a valid contract with Karen and we look forward to reaching an amicable resolution satisfactory to her and to AMI,” AMI said to CNN.
