Couple Engage in Sex Acts near Playground

Summary: A couple in Pennsylvania were performing in oral, digital and sexual intercourse in the open near a playground.

Visitors to a Pennsylvania park saw more than just trees, dirt, and animals. The wildlife turned X-rated as a couple decided to get down-n-dirty near a playground. Witnesses were able to clearly see a “male and female engaging in sexual acts” at Kirby Park around 7:45 PM.

Police officers were called to the park at 280 Market Street after receiving a report of a couple engaged in a series of sex acts near the softball field. When officers arrived, they found Kyle McClure, 29, receiving oral sex from 31-year-old Jacqueline Getz.

Witnesses informed the police officers that they had witnessed the couple “having sexual intercourse, oral and digital sex.” Officials claim that “several hundred people were present in the park and observed” the sex acts. Many of those that couldn’t help but noticed Getz and McClure were children since they were located close to a playground. The report does not specify where the couple was exactly when they were engaging in the sex acts – a car, a park picnic table, a blanket, etc.

The police were provided with “both video and picture evidence” of the duo “clearly engaging in sexual behavior offending many individuals present in the park.” They have both been charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, and open lewdness. Their preliminary hearings are set for July 6 for the misdemeanor charges.

McClure is from the Wilkes-Barre area while Getz is from the neighboring borough of Edwardsville.

Generally, when people go to the park, they get to play on the softball fields, tennis courts, and volleyball courts. They can also hit up the fitness trail, running track and walking paths all while enjoy the picturesque pond.

The 52-acre park holds the Wilkes-Barre’s Old Fashioned 4th of July Celebration which claims to attract thousands of people so it’s a good thing they didn’t choose that event to get freaky. The park website states the park “is one of the region’s most valued recreational resources.”
