The “parties” took place in a home in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Kenneth Fenske, 57; David Parker, 38; Jeffrey Harvey, 40, Craig Knox; and Stephen Taylor were arrested for their roles in the case. Parker was responsible for bringing the young boy to them home where the men were dressed up as animals.

Furry fandom is a subculture where people dress up and identify as animals. Generally the community focuses on visual art, games, toys, conventions, and online communities with sexual fetish cases being rare.

The man who would take the boy upstairs during the parties to sexually abuse him was a Red Fox called “Lupine.” The boy identified “Lupine” as Kenneth Fenske. Police arrested Fenske, charging him with child rape, unlawful contact with a minor and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse. He is being held on $750,000 bail.

Parker, Knox, Harvey and Taylor were also arrested on a variety of charges. Parker was arrested for child rape, possession of child pornography, and other charges. Harvey was charged with criminal use of a cell phone, statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, and unlawful contact with a minor. Knox was arrested in Virginia and charged with sexual offenses. Taylor was also arrested in Virginia and charged with bestiality and other related charges.

The victim is currently in foster care and receiving therapy. He is related to one of the suspects.

Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro believes there will likely be more arrests. “We believe it is likely there could be more victims out there from this ring of abuse.” He stressed, “We want to help them and protect them from any further abuse. We’re seeking the public’s help today and asking people to come forward.”
