Summary: A Florida man gets punched and kneed in the groin by his wife for denying her sex.
A 61-year-old Florida woman beat up her husband for refusing to have sex with her. Kerry Lee Pineiro punched her spouse in the face and kneed him twice in the groin because she was denied. Pineiro was arrested for domestic battery.
The criminal complaint details how a tipsy Pineiro hit her husband in their Seminole condo. She first punched him in the eye before moving her anger to his groin-area. She kneed him in the groin when he threatened to leave their home. She allegedly kneed him again in the groin and again in the thigh.
When police arrived and questioned her, she told them she had “zero story†and wanted to go to jail. En route to the county jail, she had a change of heart and denied hitting her husband. Pineiro faces a misdemeanor domestic battery charge. She spent the night in jail and was released the next day on her own recognizance. The judge ordered her to wear a “continuous alcohol monitor†for the duration of the criminal case.
