Summary: A new report states Cher is broke and dying.

Cher may wish to turn back time after being slammed with a new lawsuit. Radar Online reported that the 70-year-old singer could face bankruptcy because of the litigation, and this is not good for the allegedly dying entertainer.

“Cher is on her last legs. This could be the final straw for her,” a source told Radar Online.

Radar said that Cher is financially destitute because of bad investments and big spending, and her poor health has hurt her chances of earning money. The gossip website stated that she was forced to cancel a possibly profitable 2014 tour because of a deadly virus.

Now, the singer may face bankruptcy because of a new lawsuit from graphic designer Moshik Nadav, according to Radar. Nadav sued Cher for $5 million, and he claimed that she had taken his work without payment.

The graphic designer had created and trademarked a unique typeface called “Paris,” and Nadav said Cher used it without his permission. The typeface was created in 2011 and was used for high-profile clients such as Vogue. He stated that the typeface was essential to his branding and business.

In his lawsuit, Nadav said that Cher stole his typeface to use on her 2013 album “Closer to the Truth,” which sold 500,000 copies worldwide. He stated that he had sent Cher a cease-and-desist letter that was ignored.

Radar said that this multimillion dollar lawsuit comes at a terrible time for Cher because she has no money. One insider told Radar that her once estimated $305 million empire is almost depleted, and another one added that her money problems were due to bad investments, unpaid family and friend loans, lavish living expenses, and medical expenses. The source said that she may have so little money that she can’t even afford to pay for her funeral.

On the bright side, Cher may start working again. She is scheduled to perform this spring and summer, and she has residences planned at the MGM National Harbor in Maryland and the Monte Carlo in Las Vegas.

“This is NOT what Cher expected to be doing in her golden years. But she may have no choice!” a source told Radar. “And given her already fragile physical condition — it may kill her!”
