Womble Carlyle is known for being innovative. The 530-attorney law firm has been recognized by Impact Economy Practice and Case Management Facility as being legal industry trend-setters. They recognition report stated they and other top law firms “demonstrate excellence and innovation, and they transcend the boundaries of everyday legal work.” A 2014 BTI report placed Womble Carlyle in the top 5 percent of 650 large corporate law firms that use “technology more effectively or in new ways to add value to clients.”

The law firm even created an Innovation Board this year of attorneys and staff members focused on new thinking and new ideas.
