Summary: A former federal prosecutor believes Barack Obama and other black leaders have incited a “race war” that resulted in the recent police murders in Dallas.

Reading the American news, there is no doubt that racial tensions are boiling, but with this problem—some are looking for solutions and some are looking to place blame. But who is to blame? According to one former federal prosecutor, President Barack Obama should be one of many held accountable.

“For the past seven years, Obama and company have been whipping up reverse racism against non-blacks and non-Muslims as payback for years of discrimination,” Larry Klayman, 64, stated.

The Daily Caller reports that lawyer Klayman is suing Obama, the creators of Black Lives Matter, Al Sharpton, Louis Farrakhan, and former Attorney General Eric Holder for “inciting a race war.” He stated that the defendants “incited violence” and have a “direct link to what happened in Dallas.” He added that he was fearful for his life as a white man because of racial tensions.

Klayman is referring to what happened last week, when an African-American sniper shot and killed 5 police and DART officers in Dallas and injured many. Authorities stated that the shooter was angry at white people, and that the recent high-profile killings of black men Alton Sterling and Philando Castile by the police ignited his already present outrage.

The police were in Downtown Dallas to monitor a peaceful Black Lives Matter protest, one of many around the country; and after it was over, Micah Xavier Johnson fired shots, targeting officers.

The Black Lives Matter movement came about in response to the high profile shooting of Trayvon Martin by George Zimmerman in 2013. Zimmerman shot and killed Martin, an unarmed black teen who was walking home at night, and he was found not guilty, a decision that divided the country.

Klayman’s lawsuit was filed Saturday in Dallas, and Klayman made the shocking claims that the defendants aided and abetted murder, promoted terrorism, and violated the rights of police officers. He is seeking damages of over $2 billion.

Klayman used to work for the Department of Justice under Ronald Reagan’s administration before he founded Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, conservative advocacy groups.

“I hope that law enforcement in Dallas and around the nation will join our class action, it’s a peaceful legal means to fight this. We’ve had it. People are finally starting to speak out,” Klayman said.

The case has been assigned to Judge Sam A. Lindsay, a Clinton appointee.
