Bodyweight Only Lower Body Workout

Summary: Want an easy workout for your body that requires no equipment? Try this workout that you can do anywhere.

Bodyweight workouts are great because they require NO equipment, which means you can do them anywhere. Consider doing this workout at home when you don’t have time to hit the gym, or when traveling to get in a little exercise and boost your metabolism for the day.

Instructions: Perform each move for one minute each. Repeat the entire circuit three times with a one minute rest in between each full circuit.
