Hulk Hogan, the former pro wrestler, is taking his fight to a different arena. After Gawker, an online media company, released a sex tape of Hogan, he has been on the hunt. His $100 million lawsuit against the company reached the first day of jury selection in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, appeared on the first day wearing an all-black outfit, even a black bandana instead of a typical red one. When he entered the courtroom, the assembled jurors let out noticeable sighs, whispers, and snickers.

Gawker released a two-minute clip of Hogan having sex with radio shock jock Bubba “the Love Sponge” Clem’s wife, Heather Cole. Clem and Hogan were best friends at the time. Hogan sued Gawker after they released the tape in 2012, citing privacy laws but the media company refused to remove the clip from their site. A judge later ordered them to remove the clip. The latest lawsuit against them could put the company out of business according to founder Nick Denton.

The jury started out with 100 answering a questionnaire with questions on how much they have heard about the lawsuit, what radio station they listen to, and Hulk Hogan’s career, lifestyle and personality. At least two of the jurors that were released wished Hogan good luck.

Jury selection will continue until Friday, with the trial starting next week and expected to last up to four weeks. All parties, Hogan, Clem, Cole, and Denton, are expected to testify at some point.
