A Houston man and a New York woman had the ride of their lives!
Authorities say that the man and woman were caught knocking da boots on the Las Vegas Ferris wheel, The High Roller, Time reports.
According to the website for Cesars, The High Roller is a 550-foot tall Ferris Wheel on the Las Vegas Strip, and it is currently the world’s tallest Ferris Wheel. It is a feature of Cesar’s entertainment promenade, The Linq. Cesars’ website offers a 360 view of a cabin, which is a large room with glass walls. Unlike a traditional Ferris wheel which has two-seaters, The High Roller cabins are large rooms for multiple people to sit or stand.
On Tuesday, a judge set a March 9th date to determine whether or not Phillip Frank Panzica III and Chloe Scordianos could resolve the charges without a trial.

The couple’s carnal pursuit was caught on surveillance cameras and passerby cell phone footage. Authorities say security guards had repeatedly asked them to stop.
WTHR reports that it was Scordianos’ 21st birthday. The arresting officers said the couple claimed they “were just having a good time.”
The police report said that sex acts on the High Roller were becoming increasingly common.
Although images from their February 5th romp have yet to be released, it seems that what happens in Vegas, won’t stay in Vegas for these two.
Panzica is represented by attorney Bennair Bateman.
Scardianos attorney Chris Rasmussen said that his client had an expectation of privacy.
The couple both posted bail of $3,000, and they will return to court next month to face the felony charges of committing a sex act in public. Sources say they will not have to register as sex offenders because no assault occurred.
