Josh Duggar Wants Porn Star to Pay His Legal Fees, Drop Lawsuit

Summary: After a lack of evidence, a porn star may have to drop her lawsuit against Josh Duggar, recant her story, and pay his legal fees.

Is it safe to say that Josh Duggar is finally #winning? TMZ reports that the $500,000 battery lawsuit against the fallen reality star may be dropped soon. Not only that, Duggar wants his accuser to pay his legal fees and recant.

To recap, porn star and stripper Danica Dillon filed a lawsuit saying that the “19 Kids and Counting” star roughed her up during paid sex. After failing to produce any evidence of their affair, she wants to drop the lawsuit, with a catch. She wants the option to be able to file again in the future, according to TMZ.

But Duggar, 27, doesn’t want to agree to those terms. He was able to successfully refute her allegations, showing receipts and airplane tickets that showed he was traveling to other states at the time of her claims.

Duggar wants Dillon to drop her lawsuit, forever, and he wants her to pay his legal fees and retract her allegations on her social media accounts, which have substantial followings and some illicit content.

Dillon is refusing, trying to leverage his bad reputation as a sex addict. He had been accused of molesting his sisters when he was a teenager, and the Ashley Madison hack revealed that he had a dating account while married.

Dillon gave tell-all interviews about Duggar to media outlets such Hustler magazine and Entertainment Tonight, but instead of gaining sympathy, The Inquisitir wrote it caused readers to wonder if her lawsuit was just a cash grab. Worse, Dillon’s sister told the press that fame-obsessed Dillon had “stalked” Duggar online for months and believed that they could help each other.

With this lawsuit looking to be resolved soon, the self-proclaimed Christian is keeping himself busy. The Inquisitir writes that he appears to be filming the next season of the TLC reality show with his family and his wife of seven years, Anna.
