Buchalter Nemer Adds Shareholder to San Francisco

The Intellectual Property and Litigation Practice Groups at Buchalter Nemer has received a new Shareholder in San Francisco. Dylan Wiseman brings extensive jury trial experience to the firm has he places his focus on intellectual property protection.

Wiseman will represent employers during litigation matters of trade secrets, unfair competition, customer and employee non-solicitation restrictions, employee mobility, and infringement dealings of intellectual property. His clients already include aerospace firms, fashion designers, inventors, biomedical companies, e-commerce firms, high-tech companies, casinos, real estate companies, sporting goods companies, healthcare companies, renewable energy companies, insurance brokerages, and television stations. Some of his experience includes leading trial counsel for several complex-designated unfair competition jury trials, one of which was eight weeks long.

Moving from the Sacramento office of Littler Mendelson where he started as an associate and has been a shareholder since 2005, Wiseman will be a valued member of Buchalter. Wiseman received his B.A. from the University of California, Davis and his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. He has given lectures on trade secret and unfair competition litigation, becoming an award winning lecturer for his seminars on trade secret protection, BYOD devices, computer forensics and eDiscovery, and social media and confidentiality.
