We have all experienced those conversations that we just cannot recall no matter how hard we try. Imagine that happening along with your clothes being disheveled and physically aroused after the conversation. A series of events like that may cause you to be concerned as to why you can’t remember parts of a conversation.
Two women experienced this after meeting with Ohio attorney Michael Fine. The attorney was using hypnosis to get women to perform sexual acts, even while in a courthouse and over the phone. Knowing that he had been caught and wouldn’t be able to hypnotize anyone out of the trouble he was in, he surrendered his law license.
The investigation began by one of the women that had hired Fine. She knew something was not right and since the police laughed her off, she was forced to matters into her own hands. She decided to record her phone call with Fine. With that evidence, the police were now on her side.
The woman wore a wire to her next in-person meeting with Fine. While he was describing “what sexual activities he wanted the woman to engage in” the police busted in on the meeting.
Some may wonder why a woman would continue meeting with someone, especially an attorney that she didn’t trust. Apparently the woman had hired him for the family law matter of child custody and was desperate.
Fine will never be able to practice law again, thankfully. The world has become a depressing place when an attorney resorts to hypnosis to get women to pleasure him.
