Poor Caitlyn Jenner Gets Targeted for Negligent Driving

Summary: In a multi-car accident where one driver was killed, Caitlyn Jenner is being targeted even though she did not cause the accident.

The new TV show I Am Cait may experience a jump in their plummeting numbers if transgender Caitlyn Jenner, formerly Bruce Jenner, goes to trial for vehicular manslaughter. Officials state that Jenner has a 50-50 chance of being prosecuted.

The incident that resulted in the death of 69-year-old Kim Howe was an unfortunate accident that could have happened to anyone. Investigators say that Jenner was not driving over the speed limit but was driving too fast for the road conditions that day. Jenner’s Escalade rear-ended Howe’s Lexus, which had rear-ended the car that started the four car accident.

Reports say that Jessica Steindorff’s Toyota Prius unexpectedly stopped or slowed down, starting the chain reaction. When Jenner’s car hit the Lexus driven by Howe, it was pushed into oncoming traffic where a hummer hit it head-on. Steindorff may face charges as well.

Cell phones records indicate that no one was on their devices at the time of the accident. In what seems like a lack of a criminal case, if for some reason Jenner does end up being charged, she could face a year in county jail.

The grown stepchildren and Steindorff have filed separate lawsuits against Jenner for negligence in what some might call a frivolous lawsuit.
