DLA Piper Adds Partner to Their Real Estate Practice

Summary: Lynn Cadwalader will be joining the San Francisco office of DLA Piper as a partner in the real estate practice from Holland & Knight.

DLA Piper is welcoming a talented member to their firm in the real estate practice. Lynn Cadwalader will be focusing her work at the firm on real estate investment, development, and acquisition. She will be primarily working with the hospitality sector.

Cadwalader has worked with clients in the US and internationally in places such as the Caribbean and Latin America. These clients have been hotel and mixed-use project developers, operators, lenders, and owners. She also works with all parts of resort and real estate development and operations.

She will be the newest addition to the Northern California office of DLA Piper. Other additions have been Brian Wheeler in corporate, Louis Lehot in corporate and M&A, Adam Sak as an outsourcing lawyer, Jonathan Axelrad in venture capital, Amor Esteban in information and electronic data, Lisa Tenorio-Kutzkey in white collar, and many more.

Cadwalader is leaving Holland & Knight to join DLA Piper. She earned her J.D. from the University of California Hastings School of Law and she received her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
