How Best to Prepare for the Patent Bar

For those interested in being patent attorneys, they must pass not only the bar exam, as all lawyers in the U.S. States must do, but they must pass what is formally called the Examination for Registration to Practice in Patent Cases Before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, or informally as the “patent bar.” Considering that passage rates have at times been as low as 37 percent, properly preparing yourself for this exam is essential.
