Many are familiar with the phrase “a face (or a body) that could stop traffic,” but few take the phrase literally—except for one Florida woman named Amie Carter.
In September, a man was caught having sex with his pit bull.
On Sunday night, the Huffington Post reports that Carter, 31, had been heavily using drugs. According to Click Orlando, a couple spotted the woman walking toward their vehicle as they traveled on Formosa Avenue. She allegedly wandered into traffic and began to masturbate in front of the couple’s car. Carter then scrambled onto the hood of the car.
Did we mention that Carter was naked for the entire incident?
In September of 2013, a naked man “assaulted” a Land Rover.
Once on top of the shocked couple’s car, Carter stomped on the roof of the vehicle and tossed a cell phone at the car behind her. According to the New York Daily News, the incident occurred in a residential area. Carter caused over $1000 of damage to the couple’s vehicle, a Lexus.
Luckily, it wasn’t too difficult for the police to spot Carter. She was found in an intersection of Fairview Shores, just outside of Orlando, around 11:15 p.m. She was still unclothed and appeared to be “under the influence of a heavy unknown substance” and “in an altered mental state.”

Once the police apprehended Carter, she resisted, kicking her legs as law enforcement tried to arrest her. The Orlando Sentinel added that she was “pulling and kicking her legs in the air” to try to get away from the police. She was eventually wrapped in a blanket and taken to a local hospital. Carter was charged with exposing her sexual organs and criminal mischief. She was booked at the Orange County Jail.
