Alex Dell Joins Mayer Brown from DLA Piper in the U.K.

Mayer Brown announced this week that Alex Dell has been appointed as the firm’s senior asset-based lending (ABL) partner, according to a release from the firm.

Dell is considered one of the leading ABL and receivables finance lawyer in the United Kingdom.

Dell is the current head of the DLA Piper Structured Finance Trade and Receivables team in the United Kingdom. He focuses his practice on structured receivables financing and ABL transactions that are cross-border.

He has experience with transit finance, supply chain finance and vendor and title finance. His clients include financial institutions, banks, corporations and sponsors.
