Carol M. Kaplan Joins Loeb & Loeb in New York City

Summary: The law firm of Loeb & Loeb LLP has announced that Carol M. Kaplan has joined the firm in its Entertainment Department in the New York office.

The law firm of Loeb & Loeb LLP has announced via a press release that Carol M. Kaplan has joined the firm in its New York office. Kaplan will work in the firm’s Entertainment Department.

Kaplan’s practice focuses on live theater, representing clients on issues involving transactions, license and services agreements and underlying rights holders.

The chair of the firm’s Theater Practice, Seth D. Gelblum, said, “Carol has extensive experience with the creative and production issues that arise in the theater, and this experience informs her sophisticated understanding of the industry’s legal issues in a unique manner that benefits all of her clients.”
