There are in-house litigation positions available in Austin, Texas. Attorneys who work in-house work for a variety of businesses and corporations and assist those entities with their daily operations, major deals such as mergers and acquisitions, risk management assessments, employment issues, and more. They may represent the business in disputes and they may assist the company with employment issues, such as sexual harassment complaints. Litigation attorneys assist their clients with handling disagreements with other individuals and entities. These attorneys help their clients settle matters early on when possible in a case through mediation or arbitration, or the case may last many years and end up at trial in front of a jury.


A senior associate corporate counsel position is available for an attorney with at least 3-7 years’ experience. The attorney will report to the assistant general counsel & director in the worldwide sales legal team. The attorney will provide transactional support for the software licensing and consulting business and provide legal advice. An in-house position is available with Keller Realty in Austin. At least one year of experience is required. The attorney will handle mergers and acquisitions, provide legal advice on new ventures, and negotiate and advise on contracts. Advice will be given to internal clients as well.
