Foley & Lardner Welcomes the Return of Frank Pasquesi

Summary: The law firm of Foley & Lardner announced on Monday that Frank Pasquesi has returned to the firm after a stint with CVS. He will work in the Chicago office.

It was announced on Monday morning via a press release that the law firm of Foley & Lardner LLP has welcomed Frank Pasquesi back to the firm. He will join the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Health Care Practices as a partner. Pasquesi will work in the firm’s Chicago office.

Pasquesi comes to the firm after serving as the senior vice president of litigation and assistant general counsel for CVS Health Corporation.

While with CVS, Pasquesi worked on matters involving employment litigation, government and internal investigations and intellectual property.

“We are very pleased to welcome Frank back to the Foley team,” said Lawrence Vernaglia, chair of Foley’s Health Care Practice. “His successful track record and broad in-house, public company experience will add tremendous value to our health care practice, as we continue to expand our national presence.”

Pasquesi was a partner and vice chair of the Foley Litigation Department from 2006 to 2011 before he joined CVS.

“Frank’s strategic, hands-on leadership approach to managing major litigation and government investigation matters is an incredible asset,” said Michael Tuteur, chair of the firm’s Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. “He brings a broad, client-centric focus to successfully and cost-effectively solving individual disputes, along with the critical experience of having worked with corporate senior management to proactively manage and substantially reduce enterprise legal exposure.”

Pasquesi will handle complex litigation issues with Foley in the industries of pharmacy benefit management, health care, financial services, pharmaceutical, telecommunications and retail.
