Thursday Thoughts

1. This weekend I went to an apple orchard with a few friends. Although there weren’t many apples left on the trees, we still managed to find plenty, have a good time, and of course get some caramel apples!

2. This weekend was also MARATHON WEEKEND! Haha I may not have been running this year, but I always get excited for the marathon. I also had the perfect view from my window!

3. And, lucky for me, all I had to do was walk out my front door to catch a couple friends running! The first is Katie from Blonde Bostonian, and the second is Bethanny from Accidental Intentions.

4. Speaking of running, Mizuno sent me their new Wave Rider 18 shoes, so I’m excited to give these a try! I’ve been running a couple miles here and there but I’m hoping to get back in the swing of things now that I have some great shoes to try out!

5. I know I’ve mentioned The Skimm before, but with so much happening in the US with elections coming up, as well as some much more serious issues abroad, I think it’s such an important time to keep up with the news. I love getting The Skimm each morning to keep me updated but in a quick and entertaining manner. Check it out!

6.  You know what I hate about the job search? WAITING! I had an important second round interview yesterday and although I felt like it went well (and I loved my dress!) I still don’t know exactly what they’re thinking, or who else they’re interviewing! Whether their answer is yes or no, I just want to know! Haha.

7. As I’m SURE you all know, my birthday is coming up in a couple of weeks and I’ll be turning 27 years old. I learned this past weekend that 27 years old = too old for Sunday Funday… I may have gone to bed at 6:30pm.

8. Have a great Thursday!

When is your birthday?

Do you go apple picking in the fall?

If you could have your caramel apple dipped in anything, what would you choose?
