Commercial Litigation Attorney Stephen Juris Joins Fried Frank

Summary: Fried Frank announced on Thursday that leading commercial litigation attorney and white collar criminal defense and securities and commodities matter expert Stephen M. Juris has joined the law firm as a partner in the Commercial Litigation and White Collar Criminal Defense and Securities Enforcement practices of the firm in its New York office.

Before joining Fried Frank, Mr. Juris was a partner at Morvillo Abramowitz Grand Iason & Anello PC. He has served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert W. Sweet, U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of New York. The firm said in its press release, “Juris brings deep experience litigating complex commercial and securities-related disputes, as well as representing corporate and individual clients in connection with government investigations and regulatory enforcement matters.”

Juris was recognized as a “Future Star” by Benchmark Litigation: The Definitive Guide to America’s Leading Litigation Firms & Attorneys. He also was recognized by The Legal 500 United States in its White Collar Criminal Defense category, which described him as “extremely responsive and knowledgeable,” and by New York Super Lawyers as a New York Metro Super Lawyer (2013-2014) and “Rising Star” (2011-2012).
