Awesome Way to Quit a Job Using a Cartoon

Summary: A woman used her incredible artistic talents to quit her job by way of cartoons. We have included them in this post for your enjoyment.

A finance lawyer, who identifies herself as Catherine to protect her former employer, decided to quit her job and follow her lifelong passion; cartooning. She is very talented, as you can see by the cartoons we have included in this post.

Catherine has a website that is full of cartoons that depict her struggle to keep interest in finance law and her job, which spanned two cities. Well, her passion for cartooning eventually won the battle as she finally quit her job.

Catherine spoke with TIME about cartooning and her decision to leave her job as a lawyer. She said, “Art is something that I’ve always enjoyed doing. It’s enough of a constant throughout my life that I’ve really gotten to thinking in the past few years that maybe this is something more than what I do when I have free time.”

And, a quote from her website, which is called “My Life in Law”, says, “Like many of my friends and classmates and colleagues, I had gone to law school fairly aimlessly in my mid-20s with no real plan other than the well-beaten path: do appreciably (if not well), Biglaw, pay off loans, then see where the cards fell.”
