Pre-Game Speech from NFL Analyst Worth the Watch

Summary: The Ray Rice scandal has gone to another level with the release of the security footage of the attack on his then-fiance. This NFL analyst tackles the issue.

Ray Rice was originally suspended for two games by the NFL after news broke in the off-season that he assaulted his wife in an elevator in Atlantic City. Then, the security footage from that elevator was released to the public last week.

The video shows Rice knocking his fiance out cold and then dragging her out of the elevator.

When the video was made public, Rice was released by the Baltimore Ravens and suspended indefinitely from the league. He is scheduled to appeal the indefinite suspension sometime Monday.

We have embedded a video in this post of CBS NFL analyst James Brown making a compelling speech about domestic violence and how everyone must take responsibility for their actions. He calls on men to make changes in their lives and makes it known that the issues are above football and the NFL.

Please watch this video and show it to as many people as you can. The speech made by Brown is less than two minutes long, but it is very powerful and important.

Brown references prior domestic violence issues within the NFL to prove that the league has done nothing with the issue.
