Steven Tran to Join Hogan Lovells’ Hong Kong Office

Hogan Lovells announces that partner Steven Tran will join the corporate practice in the Hong Kong office next week.

Mr. Tran’s practice includes specialization in private equity and mergers and acquisitions in a broad range of sectors. He joins the firm from Kirkland & Ellis’s Hong Kong office. He has practiced in both domestic Hong Kong transactions and complex multi-jurisdictional cross-border transactions across the Asia-Pacific region. His clients are typically private equity houses, corporates, and funds.

Mark Parsons, high profile TMT partner, joined the Hong Kong office from Freshfields in January.
