Jerry Jones, Owner of Dallas Cowboys, Sued for Sexual Harassment

Summary: Jana Weckerly has filed a civil suit against Jerry Jones, owner of the Dallas Cowboys, accusing him of sexual harassment. Weckerly’s attorney states she is traumatized by the events that took place that night.

Jana Weckerly, a former exotic dancer, has filed a complaint against Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones alleging sexual harassment. The Huffington Post reports that Weckerly accuses Jones of forcing her to perform sexual acts against her will. Weckerly’s attorney has stated that she was traumatized by the alleged abuse.

More specifically, Weckerly alleges that Jones “forcibly rubbed and/or grabbed” Weckerly’s breasts and forced the dancer to touch Jones’ genitals. Weckerly also accuses Jones of threatening her to keep his actions a secret “or else.”

Deadspin adds that the incident occurred back in 2009. The complaint includes additional graphic allegations, such as that Jones forcibly penetrated Weckerly’s vagina with his fingers and forced Weckerly to watch as another woman performed oral sex on him. Deadspin also reported that Weckerly states she was forced to sign a non-disclosure agreement about that night.

The night apparently began, as reported by Deadspin, that Weckerly was invited out by two other strippers, and that the three ran into Jerry Jones. Jones was apparently offended that Weckerly refused his flirtations, and had her thrown out of the club where the four were socializing. Photos of that night surfaced as well that show Jones with strippers.

Thomas D. Bowers, Weckerly’s attorney, stated that ”some pretty egregious stuff” occurred that night. Some accuse Weckerly of being an escort, since the same email address that appears on her Pinterest page was linked to an escort review site. Bowers denied that Weckerly was ever an escort.
