Arnstein & Lehr Welcomes Kristin G. Bagull to Chicago Office

Summary: The law firm of Arnstein & Lehr has added Kristin G. Bagull to their office in Chicago as a partner in the Estate Planning practice.

The law firm of Arnstein & Lehr LLP has announced via a press release that Kristin G. Bagull has joined the firm’s office in Chicago as a partner. She will work in the Estate Planning & Probate Administration practice of the firm.

Bagull’s practice is centered around taxation and estate planning. She represents clients regarding disability planning, asset protection, corporate issues and business succession planning. She also helps clients with guardianship litigation. She prepares gift and estate tax returns for clients and income tax returns for estates.

Managing partner Raymond J. Werner said the following of Bagull in the release:

“Kristin’s strong civic ties to the city of Chicago, such as her involvement with Children’s Memorial Hospital, and her membership with a variety of other organizations in the surrounding suburbs, is an obvious match with the culture at Arnstein. Adding Kristin also exemplifies our commitment diversity and inclusion at the firm.”

Bagull also has experience with estate and business audits at the federal and state levels, phantom stock plans and operating agreements.

Bagull worked as a senior counsel at Tressler LLP . She earned her LL.M. in Taxation from Northwestern University School of Law. She earned her law degree from Loyola University School of Law. She earned her B.A. from Indiana University.

Jim Vassallo: Jim is a freelance writer based out of the suburbs of Philadelphia in New Jersey. Jim earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and minor in Journalism from Rowan University in 2008. While in school he was the Assistant Sports Director at WGLS for two years and the Sports Director for one year.
