Suzanne L’Hernault Joins New Jersey Office of Greenberg Traurig

The law firm of Greenberg Traurig LLP has announced via a press release that Suzanne L’Hernault has joined as a shareholder in the Corporate & Securities and Banking & Finance practices. She will operate in the New Jersey office of the firm. L’Hernault comes to the firm from Gibbons P.C. While at Gibbons she worked as the Director in the Corporate Department.

Her practice is centered around the representation of lenders for secured and unsecured financial transactions. These include letters of credit, negotiating credit agreements, inter-creditor agreements, security documents and documenting debt restructuring agreements.

Geoffrey Berman is the co-managing shareholder of the firm’s office in New Jersey. Berman said the following in the press release:

“We are excited Suzanne has joined Greenberg Traurig where she will continue to expand our finance practice in the region and nationally. Her experience enhances our asset-based lending capabilities and allows the firm to better serve clients across the country with these transactions.”

L’Hernault graduated with a law degree from Fordham University School of Law after earning her B.A. from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Greenberg Traurig serves clients in the Corporate and Securities realm in Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas.
