Dykema Welcomes Matthew D. Rinaldi to Dallas Office

One of the nation’s leading law firms, Dykema, has announced via a press release that Matthew D. Rinaldi has joined the firm in its Dallas office. Rinaldi will work in the firm’s Business and Commercial Litigation practice as senior counsel. He comes from Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP. He has also worked for Hughes & Luce.

Rinaldi’s practice focuses on representation of businesses in contract disputes, director and officer liability, securities class action lawsuits, antitrust, election law, intellectual property litigation and insurance coverage.

Rinaldi has experience trying cases in appellate, state and federal courts. Some of his clients are Fortune 500 companies, insurance companies and Big Four accounting firms. He has also represented small companies and individuals.

Bill Finkelstein is the Managing Member of the Dallas office of Dykema. He said the following about Rinaldi in the release: “Matthew has impressive experience working on substantial matters for significant clients. We are very excited to welcome him to the firm and we know he’ll be a valued part of our Business and Commercial Litigation practice in Dallas.”

Rinaldi earned his B.B.A. in economics at James Madison University and his law degree from Boston University School of Law. He graduated from both schools cum laude.

Jim Vassallo: Jim is a freelance writer based out of the suburbs of Philadelphia in New Jersey. Jim earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and minor in Journalism from Rowan University in 2008. While in school he was the Assistant Sports Director at WGLS for two years and the Sports Director for one year. He also covered the football, baseball, softball and both basketball teams for the school newspaper 'The Whit.' Jim lives in New Jersey with his wife Nicole, son Tony and dog Phoebe.
