James S.H. Null Joins New York Office of Greenberg Traurig

The law firm of Greenberg Traurig announced via a press release that James S.H. Null has joined the firm in the New York office. Null will work as of counsel in the Global practice. He comes to the firm from New York University School of Law, his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law and his BA from Brandeis University.

“Jamie’s addition to the New York office exemplifies our firm’s commitment to attracting top-quality lawyers and adapting to clients’ needs,” said Stephen Rabinowitz, co-managing shareholder of Greenberg Traurig’s New York office. “His experience advising clients on international, entertainment, private equity and real estate transactions will continue to strengthen our ability to advise clients on these matters.”

Jim Vassallo: Jim is a freelance writer based out of the suburbs of Philadelphia in New Jersey. Jim earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and minor in Journalism from Rowan University in 2008. While in school he was the Assistant Sports Director at WGLS for two years and the Sports Director for one year. He also covered the football, baseball, softball and both basketball teams for the school newspaper 'The Whit.' Jim lives in New Jersey with his wife Nicole, son Tony and dog Phoebe.
