Thursday Thoughts

1. Remember a while back when I said Molly is leaving and asked you to guess where? Well… Molly leaves today, and she is headed for…

DENVER!

Yep, my brother and sister-in-law are moving to Denver today and taking Molly along with them. I tried to persuade them to leave her behind with me, but I think she’ll enjoy living in a house with a yard more than a condo here in the city.

As you can imagine I’m pretty torn up about it since they’re my family here and Molly feels like my dog, but on the other hand I’m so excited for them. This is a great move for them and such a fun new chapter in their lives. Good thing I’ll be in Denver in two weeks 🙂

2. I’m not in a running mood. After several years of wanting to run, run, run, all the sudden all I want to do is walk! I like that I don’t have a race coming up, because right now I’m really enjoying this running break. And thanks to my Fitbit’s encouragement I’m clocking in an average of 17-18K steps a day! (approx 8 miles)

3. Speaking of exercising, I am LOVING the Tone It Up workouts that I’ve been doing at home. All their workouts are free on their website (it’s the nutrition plan you pay for) and they are perfect for doing at home! You can follow me on instagram at @PeaceLoveOats if you want to see what I’m up to!

4.  My new favorite foodie find:

Go try it. ASAP.

5. If you need to brighten your day, go watch this. It might be a time suck. Don’t say I didn’t warn you…

6. I’m too sad about Molly leaving, I have no more thoughts to share…

Don’t forget to follow Molly on Instagram!

I started this blog in August of 2011 because I needed a creative outlet and I wanted to write about my life in a way that other women could relate to and realize that they aren’t alone in many aspects of their lives.
