Hogan Lovells Adds Steve Miller from Constellation

The law firm of Hogan Lovells announced on Tuesday that Steven L. Miller joined the firm as a resident in the Washington, D.C. office as part of the Energy group. He comes from the Constellation Energy Nuclear Group LLC, where he worked as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, according to a press release.

Mary Anne Sullivan, the Energy Practice Area Leader, said the following in the press release:

“Steve is a great fit for our leading Energy practice, particularly as we grow our nuclear capabilities. His arrival significantly bolsters our nuclear and related transactional and corporate practices and we are thrilled to have him join our team.”

Miller belonged to the corporate team at other international law firms before he joined Constellation. He also worked in multiple roles with the United States Navy in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps.

Miller said the following in the press release: “I am delighted to have a key part in growing the nuclear capabilities in Hogan Lovells’ energy group. I am looking forward to working alongside the team-minded lawyers in the regulatory practice and across the firm.”

Miller earned his law degree from the American University Washington College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University.
