Mintz Levin Adds Employment Attorney Jennifer Rubin to Its California Bench

Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo, P.C announced that Ms. Jennifer Rubin, who practices in Mintz Levin’s New York and Stamford, Connecticut offices, will be joining the law firm’s Employment, Labor and Benefits Section in San Diego, bolstering the bench strength of the firm in California.

She is a co-chair of the firm’s Employment Mobility Practice, a cross-disciplinary practice that includes attorneys across many offices of Mintz Levin including those in Boston, New York, Washington D.C., San Diego and San Francisco. She also serves as Chair of Mintz Levin’s Diversity Committee, leading a number of initiatives aimed at promoting diversity both in the firm and across the legal profession.

Rubin has wide experience in executive compensation matters and she represents C-suite executives on both coasts. She focuses on the employment needs of executives in public and private corporations and regularly conducts a broad range of employment litigation matters, including wage and hour class actions.

Rubin regularly negotiates employment, equity and severance arrangements and other employment matters.

In 2013, Ms. Rubin was recognized as a Client Service All-Star by BTI Consulting Group based on unprompted recommendations by close to 250 corporate counsel at Fortune 1000 and other big corporations. She is frequently quoted in publications like the Wall Street Journal and the New York Law Journal on employment topics and trends.
