Donald Sterling Sued by Former Lover Over Racial and Sexual Claims

According to a new lawsuit filed by a former employee of Donald Sterling, the owner of the Los Angeles Clippers fired an employee for rejecting “a stream of racist and sexist taunts.” The lawsuit was obtained by TMZ.

The lawsuit was filed by Maiko Maya King, who claims that she was involved romantically with Sterling from 2005 to 2011. King claims in the suit that during the relationship Sterling made comments about King’s former African-American husband.

King said Sterling would ask her, “How could you be married to a black man?” Sterling would also ask King, “Why would you bring black people into the world?”

King claims that Sterling told her, “I want to take you out of the black world and put you into the white world.”  She also claims that when they would fight Sterling would tell her to “move back to the ghetto with a black man.”

Gloria Allred is representing King in the lawsuit. She claims that two years after the relationship ended King became an employee for Sterling. She worked as his caretaker and personal assistant.

King says in the lawsuit that Sterling was bored with V. Stiviano sexually and offered King bonuses if she could help him. She was asked to talk about her previous sexual experiences in order to arouse Sterling. King claims Sterling also said, “Black people do not take care of their children.  All they do is sit at home and smoke dope.”  She also said Sterling commented that “Mexicans just do drive-by shootings.”
