San Diego Law School Accepting Applications for Fall 2014

Applications are being accepted for the Fall of 2014 at the San Diego Law School, the brand new branch campus of San Francisco Law School, according to The Daily Transcript. San Francisco Law School is accredited in California and is WASC accredited as part of the Alliant International University system. The San Diego location is the first brand new branch campus approved by the State Bar of California in 87 years.

“Our students come to law school because they care about their community, and return to practice there after graduation,” said Jane Gamp, Dean of San Francisco Law School.

San Diego Law School offers tuition that is more affordable than ABA accredited schools and also offers financial aid for students who qualify.

Dr. Geoffrey Cox, the President of Alliant International University, said, “The expansion of our law program to the Alliant campus in San Diego is something we have wanted to do for a while and we look forward to offering affordable opportunity legal education to the San Diego area.”

The school offers personal attention and small class sizes in an effort to help students get a second start in a legal education who did not succeed in their first year. The law school is going to be housed in the Walter Library at the Alliant campus at Scripps Ranch.
