Hogan Lovells Adds Nathaniel P. Gallon and Veronica K. McGregor in West Coast Offices

The law firm of Hogan Lovells announced via a press release Monday morning that it has expanded its offices in San Francisco and Silicon Valley by adding Corporate partners Nathaniel P. Gallon and Veronica K. McGregor.

Gallon focuses his practice on corporate and securities law. He has a focus on technology and works with start-ups and large public companies. He advises his clients on public and private offerings, venture capital financings, governance, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and SEC matters. Gallon earned his law degree from Yale Law School and his B.A. from Yale University.

“I was drawn to the high quality of the Silicon Valley office coupled with Hogan Lovells’ global law platform and its expertise across practice areas,” said Gallon. “The integrated nature of the firm’s approach will allow me to bring to clients in this market a very powerful level of counsel that matches their ambitions.”

McGregor focuses her practice on virtual and crypto currency payments, mCommerce, stored value systems, Internet eCommerce attorney, mobile payments, consumer lending, anti-money laundering compliance, privacy, technology licensing and credit/debit networks. McGregor earned her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law.
