According to Lew Rose, Managing Partner of Kelley Drye’s Washington, DC office, Mark’s broad range of experience will complement and enhance their energy regulatory and project development practices and further strengthen their deep litigation bench. Delighted on joining Kelley Drye during a time of significant expansion in the U.S. energy industry, Robeck said, “I was drawn by the firm’s emphasis on client service, from identifying the right mix of experience to best address clients’ legal issues to flexible and predictable fee agreements. With a strong sense of teamwork, the firm’s top-tier regulatory lawyers with in-depth industry knowledge make Kelley Drye ideally suited to provide indispensable counsel to my clients.”

According to Kelley Drye, Robeck’s practice will complement the law firm’s existing industry clients that include the world’s largest refiners to “innovative” renewable energy producers.
