Thursday Thoughts

1. Can we just stop time for a minute and all take a breather? HOW IS IT ALMOST APRIL!??? Part of me is excited because I love spring/summer but the other part of me hates that… oh wait, STILL don’t have a real job. I’m really hoping God has a great reason for this one…

2. Whenever I sit down to work at my computer I always end up taking off all my jewelry, it just gets in the way! Does anyone else do this?

3. I’ve been in a non-chatty, anti-social mood this week. Maybe too much over the weekend? I’d better hibernate and gear up because the next three weekends are very busy!

4. I saw this notebook in Marshalls the other day (I went to look around during my lunch break) and I had to grab it! Not totally crazy since just last week I was thinking how I needed a new notebook.

5. I’m debating removing some blogs from my reader. I like to keep ones for people that I’ve met just so I can keep up with them, but there are so many semi-concerning WIAW posts out there that I just don’t need to be seeing. The debate goes on…

6. My friend, Maddie, told me she found a subscription snack box company called Graze and she had a code for a free first box. I decided to join (and then I will promptly cancel…) to get the free box! If you’re interested, they gave me a code as well when I signed up. Just enter WHJ74937P and you get your 1st and 5th box free!

7. Everyone have their March Madness brackets done!?!? I always fill out a bracket for fun, but this year I joined my office’s pool (is that what it’s called?) and put in a whopping $10! Haha let’s see if my “go with my gut” picks win…

8.Something to remember:

Do you ever remove blogs from your reader?

Anyone else take off jewelry at their desk?

Are you feeling chatty or quiet this week?

Kathryn Wheeler: My name is Katie and I moved to Chicago in 2010 for law school and graduated in May 2013. I'm originally from Kansas City, MO and I did my undergrad at the College of Charleston in South Carolina. I started this blog in August of 2011 because I needed a creative outlet and I wanted to write about my life in a way that other women could relate to and realize that they aren’t alone in many aspects of their lives.
