Justin Bieber Rejects Plea Deal Offered by Prosecutors in DUI Case

It has been reported that singer Justin Bieber will reject a plea deal offered to him by prosecutors in Miami Beach in relation to his DUI case, according to TMZ. The reason for Bieber rejecting the plea deal is the fact that he does not want random drug testing.

The deal offered by the prosecutors for the DUI case is one typically given to first-time offenders. The deal usually includes an alcohol education course, community service, and the random drug testing.

Multiple unnamed sources told TMZ that there are a couple of issues with the plea deal. The first, and most important, is that Bieber’s camp believes that the cop lied when he said that Bieber smelled of alcohol. They think the cop also lied about watching Bieber drag race. Reportedly, the GPS in the car had a registered speed of 27 MPH.

The most important issue with the plea deal for Bieber is that he will not accept any deal that includes probation. He does not want to be thrown in jail by a judge if he messes up in the future.

TMZ was told that Bieber is very open to a plea deal, just not the one offered by the prosecutors on this case.
