Chris Brown ‘Acting Violently’ Kicked Out of Rehab

After smashing his mother’s car window during a family session, Chris Brown was kicked out from a rehab facility this month his probation officer reported Wednesday.

Chris, who was arrested last month is still facing an assault charge in Washington D.C. and could possibly be in violation of his probation and that could send him to jail.

The judge in Brown’s Rihanna beating probation case ordered Brown to immediately enter another rehab program and gave him a 90 day stay. “There is much concern with the probationer’s new arrest and his violent outburst that resulted in his discharge from a treatment facility,” the probation report said.

Chris Brown and his girlfriend Karrueche Tran were holding hands nervously in a Los Angeles County courtroom waiting for his lawyer, Mark Geragos and the prosecutor to meet with the judge before his hearing Wednesday afternoon.

The judge and the lawyers struck a deal in which Brown is required to spend the next 90 days in a court-approved treatment facility .Talk of his freedom was in question when he was arrested in Washington, near the White House for allegedly punching a man.

He was given probation when he plead guilty to a felony charge in the attack of his then girlfriend Rihanna and part of the probation reads he must stay out of legal trouble.

District Attorney Mary Murray for Los Angeles County told the judge she still reserved the right to ask for Chris Brown’s probation to be revoked when he was arrested on Washington D.C. Judge James Brandlin of the Los Angeles County Superior Court ordered the probation officer to provide a report about the incident and have it ready to be presented when Chris Brown returns to court on December 16.

A day after his release in Washington Brown voluntarily enter a rehab on October 28. “His goal is to gain focus and insight into his past and recent behavior, enabling him to continue the pursuit of his life and his career from a healthier vantage point,” representative Nicole Perna said when he entered. He checked out November 10th and his representative said he will continue in the program as an outpatient.

The probation report given to the judge reports Chris Brown was kicked out of the program. It quoted a center official saying he was ordered out for “breaking program rules by acting violently.” The violence at the rehab involved Chris Brown “throwing a rock through his mother’s car window” after a session with his family when his mother stated she wanted him to stay in treatment.

“Mr. Brown preceded to walk outside and pick up a rock and threw it through his mother’s car window and it shattered,” according to the letter from the rehab center included in the probation report. Brown’s “prognosis is very guarded” unless he gets professional help, the letter said.

The report states Chris Brown can leave the new rehab center three days a week so he can work an eight-hour shift of community labor to complete 1000 hours of punishment for the attack on his then girlfriend Rihanna. In order to meet the deadline Mr. Brown will have to work on community labor three days a week till August.

There’s a court hearing in Washington on Monday for the assault case and Mr. Brown will probably be traveling there, said the judge. Chris Brown’s lawyer will try to get the hearing delayed.
