Kim Kardashian was pulled over on the L.A. freeway for speeding. The reality star was trying to escape paparazzi and was driving between and around cars. Around 5 cars were chasing KK, and when she was pulled over for speeding, the photographers jumped out of their cars in the middle of the freeway to take her photo. The result, according to TMZ, was total pandemonium and tons of traffic.
The paparazzi even had a helicopter overhead attempting to capture the scene as it unfolded on the highway. Local authorities comment that “Paparazzi endangered multiple lives with their risky photography, including Kim’s, other drivers on the road, and the police officers involved.” One photographer was cited for speeding and the rest of the mob escaped. The California Highway Patrol is investigating currently and trying to see if any further prosecution can happen. One law enforcement officer commented, “They’re not getting away with this.”
After being hounded and chased by a stalking mob of crazed photographers who put her life and potentially hundreds of other lives in danger, Kim Kardashian also was cited for speeding. Sadly, after the horrible way that Princess Diana died one would think that the sanctity of life and privacy would be respected by paparazzi. Luckily, the same scenario didn’t play out with KK.
