Mel Gibson Goes Off on Cops

Mel Gibson came upto a DUI checkpoint on the Pacific Coast Highway and had a tiff with local law enforcement. The famous actor had been here before. This was the same road where he had been busted for a DUI in 2006, the location of his infamous an anti-Semitic rant.  When law enforcement asked Gibson if he had been drinking he told the cops no, and he added that they had “no reason to suspect otherwise,” according to TMZ.

Mel had a problem at the stop. When cops asked him to show his license, he didn’t have it on him. The deputies then told Mel to go to a secondary screening spot, when the actor blew his top. He started yelling and angrily went off, “why are you harassing me?” The deputies then asked Mr. Gibson why he was screaming. He responded, “I have had problems with you Lost Hills [Malibu] deputies in the past.” Things were then defused, and the deputies let Gibson off with a warning.

Mel Gibson is an American actor with over thirty years of experience in films. He has produced, directed, and starred in the Academy Award-winning films. Several of his most famous movies include, Lethal Weapon, Braveheart, Mad Max, and the globally successful film The Passion of the Christ. The actor has been accused of homophobia, anti-Semitism, and racism having used the terms “wetbacks and niggers” in racists contexts.  He has recently admitted to having a “temper problem.”
