Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. announces new partner, former Supreme Court Chief Justice Eric Magnuson. Former Supreme Court Justice Magnuson will join the business litigation practice and appellate law.
Mr. Magnuson has 30 years of experience in state and federal appellate courts and he served as the 21st Chief Justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court from 2008 to 2010. He has extensive experience in a wide range of issues including “the constitutionality of the public school finance system, employment law, trust and probate matters, trade secrets, business contracts, corporate fraud, insurance law and professional liability,” according to an announcement by the firm.
Chairman of Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P’s executive board, Martin R.
