Vitafusion MultiVites

Haaaaappy Tuesday everyone!

If you follow me on Instagram, you probably already know that I’m a fan of Vitafusion MultiVites, and apparently a few of you are too!

I’ve mentioned before that I don’t like reviewing products unless they’re something I’d spend my own money on. Well, you know what? Before I was contacted by FitFluential about Vitafusion, I had already been buying and using these exact vitamins! I buy them either at my local CVS or Walmart Neighborhood Market.

They aren’t very expensive (est. retail is $11.50 for 150ct) and I love that they’re gummies. The gummies is a big deal to me since before buying these I rarely took a multivitamin. Every time I tried starting a new one they’d make me feel so nauseous shortly after taking them, even with food. The gummies have given me ZERO problems. Plus they’re delicious… They come in natural berry, peach and orange flavors. I also hear they have sour flavored gummies, which I need to keep my eye out for!

Vitafusion Multivites provide your essential daily formula, are made for adults, and combine key nutrients and natural flavors. As you can see above, they compare how each serving has to that in food – like as much vitamin A as a cup of broccoli!

They also have 200%of the daily value for Vitamin D, which I like because here in Chicago we don’t get a lot of sun in the winter and spring months!

Do you see how many ingredients are listed? NINE. That’s all! And I actually know what they all are. I’m so smart.

Anyway, now that we’ve established my intelligence, I definitely recommend VitaFusion Multivites. Like I said before, I’d been buying these for months before I was even contacted about them, so you know I‘m a fan!

Do you take a multi-vitamin?

What kinds of supplements do you use?
