“Girls Gone Wild” Founder Has His Own Sex Tape Stolen, to His Chagrin

“Girl’s Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis has received his fair share of controversy after making a career of making soft-core porn of random girls at parties. Now it’s his time to go wild – and this despite himself. His girlfriend, Abbey Wilson, who won Girls Gone Wild’s “Search for the Hottest Girl in America” contest in 2012, recently had her iPad stolen from her bag at LAX. Included on that iPad was a home-made porno — many scenes — between Francis and Wilson. Now whoever stole it and released the video is shopping it to media outlets.

David Houston, Francis’s lawyer, tells TMZ that “It is not only unfortunate, but it is a crime. As such, this office will take all necessary steps to determine who in fact has done this and who is attempting to distribute the video.”

And what’s more, “when we catch you, we will see that you are prosecuted to the fullest extent of both the criminal and civil laws.” Because a person’s sexuality and modesty should be protected from the public at all times.

Whether or not the video will be called Joe Francis Gone Wild or not will depend, one would suppose, on whether the lawyer is successful, in the end, at shutting it down.
