Model Injects Cooking Oil in her Face to Feed her Plastic Surgery Addiction

Despite being a model, Hang Mioku didn’t feel she was beautiful enough. The picture to the left shows her natural beauty, before she got surgery at age 28. After getting surgery to make her skin softer, she soon became obsessed with plastic surgery. Soon doctors were concerned with how large her face had become, and refused to give her further surgeries.

A resourceful girl, unfortunately, she turned to getting silicone off the black market, and used a syringe to inject her own face – such was her obsession with having soft skin. When she ran out of silicone she instead used cooking oil.

This ultimately disfigured her, rendering the face on the right. Local children would call her “standing fan” because of the size of her head, as MailOnline reported, and her own parents could not recognize her. She appeared on a Korean television shows and concerned fans donated money to get her looking normal. She said that above all she wanted her original face back. Despite 10 surgeries that removed 60g of silicone, oil, and other substances from her face, and 200g from her neck, she still looks nothing like her original self.

She now works at a recycled clothes shop called the Beautiful Shop.
