WIAW–Lately!

Since I’m apparently now awful at taking pictures of everything I eat throughout the day…  I managed to get a few and then everything goes downhill. So… here’s another WIAW lately post! I’m also super proud I got a little food prep in this weekend! I chopped up veggies for snacks, got a bunch of salad ingredients from the bulk bins, made brown rice and quinoa, made my own almond butter AND I made Red Lentil Dal for easy meals!

If you’re new to WIAW, head on over to Peas & Crayons to see what it’s all about and check out the other participating bloggers!

Breakfasts:

Can you take a wild guess? Lots of protein oat bran!

Meals:

Here’s the salad stuff I bought:

And salads! This one has carrots, corn, hummus, nutritional yeast, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and balsamic vinegar.

Here is a side salad (hummus, avocado, nutritional yeast, balsamic vinegar, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds) and the lentil dal with brown rice.

Here’s a salad that was a bed of fresh greens topped with my leftover Mexican food from getting lunch with my brother!

And last week I had a few lunches at Hannah’s Bretzel. I always get half a sandwich (on GF bread) and their Ella Salad, which is AMAZING.

Snacks:

Obviously lots of quest bars:

Prepped and cut veggies:

Apples:

Frozen berries in almond milk or greek yogurt with plenty of Almond Butter and candied ginger on the side:

And coffee. Lots of coffee. And some tea. Oh and cider… how’d that get in there?!

And there was plenty of un-pictured chocolate, ginger chews, and ginger candies.

What foods have you been loving lately?

Any cider drinkers out there?
