Intelligent Nutrients & OOTD

Hey everyone! Who’s excited that it’s Friday?!? I certainly am, although I’m spending mine getting as much school work done as I can before a very busy weekend

About… a month ago (?? maybe 6-8 weeks…) I was sent some shampoo and conditioner to try out. Well, I’ve certainly been giving it a solid try since I’ve been using it since then!

Intelligent Nutrients is a certified organic hair and skin care company from the founder of Aveda. They use ingredients that are food-grade organic, which means they are the best for both your body and the planet. They have all different kinds of products, ranging from skin care to hair care, and much more, all of which you can find at www.intelligentnutrients.com.

I was sent their Harmonic Shampoo and Conditioner, which is an antioxidant-rich, volumizing, lightweight shampoo and conditioner for all hair types.

The first thing I noticed? The smell! I absolutely loved the minty/herbal fresh scent (I should not go into perfume advertisement…).

As I mentioned, I’ve been using the products for probably about two months now, and I really, really like them! My hair actually does seem to have more volume and it’s great with keeping my hair from getting frizzy, even in the rainy weather we’ve been having.

They also suggested I check out EWG’s skin deep database to check out all of my products. I haven’t had the chance to do it (my computer loads the site weird so I keep meaning to look at it while I’m at school) but it’s a nonprofit that evaluates the ingredients used in beauty products and then assigns it a grade based on the toxicity. Definitely worth looking at!

Now, I don’t consider myself much of a “fashionista”, however I think on occasion I can be stylish (emphasis on I think), so I thought maybe I’d start sharing some outfits, especially ones like yesterday where I got everything at a bargain!

OOTD (Outfit of the Day):

Top: Old Navy, Skirt: Marshalls, Necklace: GroopDealz, Tights: H&M, Boots: Red Dress Boutique.

Cardigan: Old Navy.

Who doesn’t love a good closet selfie?

Do you try and buy organic or natural beauty products?

Any interest in seeing outfits I put together?
