Justin Bieber Allegedly Spit on a Man

According to TMZ, Justin Bieber, allegedly spit on a man. The wife of the man states Bieber is a “punk” to TMZ.

Bieber, a Canadian pop musician and actor, was discovered in 2008 when talent manager Scooter Braun came across Bieber’s videos on YouTube. At age 19, Bieber has become a popular songwriter among teenage girls.

Bieber released My World in November 2009, and went platinum in the United States. Bieber became the first musician to have seven songs chart on the Billboard Hot 100 from a debut record. Bieber has received several awards, such as Artist of the Year Awards at the 2010 American Music Awards and the 2012 American Music Awards. His fan base is global so it is surprising someone would call him a “punk.” He has over 33 million followers on Twitter. Forbes named him in its magazine in 2012 as the third-most powerful celebrity internationally. He earned in 2012 an estimated $55 million.

TMZ broke the spitting story by reporting Jeff Schwartz, Bieber’s neighbor, confronted the music mogul about driving in the gated neighborhood at high speeds. Schwartz is recognized for auto-related brands on the Internet. Schwartz is President and CEO of Mota Motors.

Apparently Bieber drove 100 mph in the community. Bieber responded to Schwartz by allegedly spitting in Schwartz’s face and threatening to kill Schwartz. The man is known for Autobytel, Autoweb, and Suresale. Suresale is a certification platform for used vehicles. Autoweb and Autobyel were Nasdaq listed companies.

Schwartz’s wife, tells TMZ:  “He’s a punk.  He thinks he’s invincible.  He can’t continue to have a bunch of enablers around him.”  Schwartz filed battery charges against Bieber. Officers are investigating the altercation. If witnesses emerge, Bieber could be in for some legal problems. Battery is an unwanted offensive touching.

The man’s wife says to TMZ: “Spitting on someone is unacceptable.  He can’t do this to people.” TMZ reported the wife said Bieber did not apologize to the man. Bieber denies spitting Schwartz.

Bieber drives a Ferrari. Schwartz complained about the speed because he apparently thought Bieber was endangering children and animals in the community.

Schwartz has a leadership background.  In the automotive industry, he founded automotive media company, TraderNet, and served as chairman of AutoCentro, an auto dealership group.  Before becoming an auto mogul, Schwartz held executive jobs at The Walt Disney Company.  Schwartz went to the University of Southern California where he garnered Bachelors, Masters, and Ph.D degrees.
